David Whiting has been a qualified Solicitor for over 30 years, the vast majority of which have been spent in representing clients in criminal matters, both individuals and companies. He has also developed more specific expertise defending prosecutions in Health and Safety, Food Safety, Trading Standards and Environmental Protection Law.
David has been a Duty Solicitor (approved and accredited as providing specialist independent advice and representation for those who do not have their own solicitor) for over 25 years at the Police Stations and Magistrates' Courts.
Nicola Purches has been a qualified Solicitor for over 20 years having previously been employed as a Magistrates' Court Legal Adviser. As well as providing representation at the Police Station and in the Magistrates' Court she is qualified as a Higher Rights Advocate enabling her to represent clients also at the Crown Court and Court of Appeal.
Nicola has also been a Duty Solicitor for many years also providing advice and representation at the Police Stations and Magistrates' Courts.
Margaret Coall is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. She has been exclusively practising in Criminal Law for over 30 years and has been with the firm since 1996. Margaret specialises in Police Station representation and instructing Counsel in relation to more serious and complex matters in the higher courts.
David, Nicola and Margaret therefore provide a complete and very personal service in respect of all areas of Criminal Law from the start, providing advice and representation at interview and, if matters proceed, throughout the whole of any court process. Our business is such that often clients have concerns or require representation out of normal office hours and so we have a 24 hour emergency telephone service which is always personally answered by David, Nicola or Margaret.
A personal approach and professional service are the principles upon which our business was founded and has led to its success.
